We recently did a poll on our Instagram to find out if people preferred traditional baked mooncakes or contemporary snow skin mooncakes. Lo and behold, snow skin mooncakes won by a landslide of 68% versus 32% for baked mooncakes.

Fullerton Hotel does not disappoint.
