Dessert in Singapore: 5 of the Best

It's a truth universally acknowledged that dessert is the best part of the day. This is particularly true in Singapore, where some of the most amazing desserts in the world can be found. Serving everything from gooey chocolate puddings to perfectly smooth ice cream, here's our list of Singapore's best dessert delivery restaurants:

Flor Patisserie

A Japanese twist on the traditional French patisserie, Flor Patisserie is the way to go for honest, seasonal baking. "Flor" means "flower" in Portuguese, and the gorgeous cakes and pastries on offer here more than live up to that billing. The Berry Berries Genoese sponge, served with lashings of Chantilly and strawberry, is light and fluffy. If you're looking for something a little more indulgent, the Black Gold, a dark chocolate mousse with chocolate sponge layers, might be the one for you. There's plenty more to choose from, including six different flavours of milk puddings and fruity ice cheese tarts. If you're a serious dessert fan, this is the place for you.

Dessert Story

At Dessert Story, you can find desserts for every season. In the summer, go for the cold mango pomelo sago, while the winter is the perfect time to try the steaming hot milk pudding. These desserts are made to be shared, so gather your crew, place your order and enjoy some of the most exquisite Singaporean dessert treats around.

New Zealand Natural

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream. But when we scream for ice cream, we're screaming for New Zealand Natural ice cream. It's made using fresh dairy cream from free-roaming cows and features some of the freshest ingredients around. There's 14 flavours to choose from, as well as 10 different toppings. Combine your cookies and cream with marshmallow, or add some chocolate rice to a fruity mango sorbet. It's totally up to you. Get a triple scoop in a cup, a pint or a quart. Trust us, you'll want the quart, the largest option. Don't worry – this is a judgement free zone!

Amiral Atelier

Friyay! Madeleines fresh out of the oven 焼きたてのマドレーヌ

For classic French pastry melded with Japanese flavours, Amiral Atelier is the place to be. Inspired by Chef Saé Takagi, these artisanal desserts are the things dreams are made of. The matcha éclair, a rich uji matcha cream éclair with matcha glacage melts in your mouth, is pretty glorious, while the mini madeleines injected with orange blossom honey are a summery treat that taste just as good as they sound.

Ben's Cookies

If there's anyone we'd trust to deliver us a cookie, it's Ben. We're not too sure who Ben is, but we do know that he makes a pretty amazing cookie. Well done, Ben! Ben's Cookies started out in 1984 in Oxford, England, before bringing their charmingly chunky cookies over to Singapore. You can buy boxes of four, seven, eight or 15 cookies, and there's an assortment of flavours on offer. We can't wait to get down and dirty with these little disks of joy!
