Creative with crispiness – panko crumbs and deep-fried meats make the ultimate Asian delights

There's nothing more satisfying than a good crunch when it comes to our food. Asian cuisine has the whole crispy thing down to a fine art. 3. MOJO – Unagi With Crispy Panko Crumbs

Now's your chance to try panko if you haven't already. MOJO highlights how truly versatile and varied food from Japan can be, by really thinking outside the box.
