It's never been easier to make breakfast special. From sensationally sweet treats to fried masterpieces, there really is something for everyone. Here's a quick round-up of some of our favourite breakfasts in Singapore.

1. Avocado Egg Open Face, Artisan Boulangerie Co.

Here at #ABCSingapore, we do it right! Always serving freshly made artisanal products. 🍽

Avocado is fast becoming a very popular choice for morning meals. Artisan Boulangerie Co. jumped on this trend early, and now their Avocado Egg Open Face has become an ideal option to pair with your first coffee of the day.

Wholewheat toast is topped with enough scrambled eggs to fill even the hungriest of diners. Add on lightly grilled fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, crispy bacon and diced avocado and you've got Boulangerie's trendiest morning dish. Plus, it'll keep you full all day long.

2. The Choco-Nana, Epicurious

You've probably never had a breakfast grilled sandwich quite like Epicurious' Choco-Nana, but once you've tried it, you'll remember it forever. They've done away with caution, and simply combined some of the most mouth-watering ingredients out there into one toastie.

The bread is smothered in Nutella then topped with sliced banana and strawberries before grilling. It's a treat among breakfast foods, adding a bit of decadence to your morning ritual.

3. Smoked salmon brioche, Boomarang Bistro & Bar

Boomarang Bistro's breakfast effort is a twist on the classic New York bagel. Swap out the bagel for brioche, add some briny capers, and you're onto a winner.

The smoked salmon  pairs perfectly with the slightly sweet bread, and the peppercorn cream cheese adds a surprising zing. It's sure to inject some colour into your mornings.

4. B.Smooth, Daily Juice

If you can't deal with a full meal first thing, the guys at Daily Juice have you covered. They make – you guessed it – juice. These aren't your standard juices though. These magic liquids are packed full of fruit and vegetables, not to mention loads of vitamins and minerals.

Our favourite is the B.Smooth, a fruity mix that's perfect for you and the kids. Mixed berries, banana, apple are blended up with natural yoghurt and chia seeds. It's a go-to for all your vitamin C and K, calcium, manganese, phosphorus and protein, and slips down a treat.
